The popular MMORPG Eve Online seeks customers, with existing accounts, to help test the new Linux game client. CCP's Quality Assurance Lead started a forum post on Monday that volunteers were needed with "good technical skills", and folks interested should reply there.
It would be very exciting to have Eve Online supporting a Linux client of their game, and the game play of Eve Online would seem to fit the Linux gamer's ethos. We look forward to when support is officially announced.
[Update 2007]: Eve-Online has released their client using TransGaming's emulator.
You might also consider Vendetta Online - a similar style game that supports Linux desktops natively.
